This is what I've eaten today (advice??)

Breakfast bar:

250 calories 43 carbs 5g fat 10g protein


Salad:

218 calories 10 carbs 17g fat 8g protein


2 pieces of ham and some cottage cheese:

70 calories 4 carbs 1g fat 11g protein


Total so far:

538 calories 57g carbs 23g fat 29g protein


Dinner will be:

320 calories 50 carbs 4g fat 22g protein


Calories left for the day:

342 - 692


I am going to have an afternoon snack, but I'm not sure what it's going to be. It needs to have lots of protein whatever it is but not much carbs or fat.

This is what sparkpeople has for me for totals. Does that look right? We are vegan so my protein isn't going to be on the high end.


Edit: We are moving toward a vegan diet. I'm trying to eat up the rest of our animal products.

I should have said we're moving toward a vegan diet. Sorry. That's the only animal product I've had. It's been a tough transition. lol

quinoa has tons of protien but I'm not a carb or fat counter so idk there.  I do know it's a complete protien and a superfood :)

I'm no help. I have had a cup of coffee a can of soda a candy bar and a ham and cheese sandwich today. I suck lol.

 That's just too much work to be doing all of that. I get OCD when I  have to count everything.

Quinoa is geat! Not great tasting imo, but great for you.
