I'm a mom of two little ones, I can handle that with no problem. Recently though, we've gone a bit broke, having to move, having problems with family and I'm stressing the F out :( I just cry at random and I'm losing my hair so much. I don't let the kids notice the stress but I'm going BALD! Does anone know any shampoo or anything I could use to keep it from falling as much? I just wanna do everything possible from it being obvious that all this is getting to me. When I mean baldI mean there's noticable spot by my forehead already btw.

Get vitamins biotin for hair growth and fish oil...as well as other supplements too...take care of yourself, even if you are depressed, take the vitamins they might hinder the physical damage from depression...

Folic acid helped me when I was a vegetarian and my hair fell out.

Try a wig for awhile? If it gets really bad you can get a haircut and joke that it was messed up?
