Would your kids eat what we had for dinner? (Recipe added)
We had salmon burgers with aoli sauce on top, red roasted potatoes, and steamed broccoli. Would your kids eat it?
1 lb skinless salmon fillet
1 large minced garlic clove
1 egg white
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp canola oil for frying
Pulse salmon in a food processor a few times - leave it chunky, don't over process it. Combine other ingredients as well as salmon in a bowl.
Press into burgers and fry, about 3 minutes on each side. Serve just like you would any other burger! I added garlic aioli sauce on mine.
