For this apartment? It is 2 br/2 ba. 960 sq feet. Washer/dryer included. On the grounds is a really nice swimming pool and bbq grills with picnic tables. The complex was just built 2 years ago. It's in the Austin, TX area.

balcony

livingroom

kitchen/dining (very small area!)

guest bath

bedroom 2

master bedroom (big enough for a king bed, dresser, and tv stand)

nice master bath

really big master closet

I have no idea what housing prices are in Austin. Here it would be about $2,400 a month.

Eta I'm in western ND.

I can't guess based on the area. But for the burbs of Pittsburgh, it would go for $900-$1100 depending on the distance from downtown.

Here I wouldn't pay more than $750 housing prices there are a lot higher than they are here though. We are looking at a 2bd 2ba 800sq ft apartment that is $595.

Eta:Oh and that included all utilities.

I should say, how much would this go for where you are? Housing prices here are more expensive, this is one of the cheaper ones I could find at $1025 a month.

How close to the UT? The closer it is, the higher the rent.
