Ok so I am starting to work out at a local gym but I don't know where to start! I am not really familiar with any equipment besides a treadmill lol. I am on the thin side but would really really like to loose fat on my belly, butt and thighs. What would be the best way to use my time at the gym??

Talk with a trainer there and set up a plan :) I use a lot of the free weights and such at the gym the lifting machines don't work for me

Stir climber! You'll die the first few times but its excellent. I would also do muscle conditioning classes and Pilates.

alternate strength training and cardio every other day.  i would do classes to make cardio more fun.  combining these two will blast fast and build muscle.  eat clean to see results!
