I believe he was one of the bombers. I think he fell victim to his brother's extremist views.

probably not as much as his brother, from a plotting point, but he still participated, and should be prosecuted for what he's done.

I think he's guilty, It just doesn't make sense that he would have bombs, throw them at the cops, and hide out if he was innocent.

He is guilty. As my husband says "Innocent people don't run!".  They also don't shoot cops and they don't throw explosives at cops.

I do agree with this to a point.  do not think i would  go as far as calling him any kind of victim.   He made his choices.  though i do believe his bro was the definite leader in this , and he the follower

This. I don't think he knew exactly what was going to go down until it happened.

I think he's guilty. Even if he didn't have a hand in the bombings, he's done enough on this wild goose chase to put him away.
