Sometimes one of my kids freaks out about the position of the sock on her foot. Another one doesn't like the way a certain shirt feels on his chest. And the last one doesn't like tomatoes.
Sensory disorders? No...get over it. You'll be ok.
How often are these types of things being misdiagnosed *really*? How overly diagnosed do you think disorders are...sensory disorders, autism spectrum, add, adhd?....Do you think there are far less of these kids in actuality and parents are after a diagnosis for just a more difficult child...out of laziness or the "snowflake syndrome" (where their child is a special snowflake who can do no wrong and there must be an excuse for this behavior)?
