I've lost 50 pounds in 3 months by eating low carb and doing 15 minutes of yoga once a day!!!
what is your diet?
what do you consider low carb? do you still have energy? a lot of women at work went low carb once and they all lost a ton of weight. it always scared me, though, and i never tried it. i'm a carb addict.

For breakfast, I eat scrambled eggs with mushrooms
lunch is usually a salad or some chicken
dinner is usually whatever I fix for my dh, but modified. Last night I had spaghetti with lettuce
good for you! 50lbs in 3 months seems like a bit much though. i could never do low carbs...love em waaay too much!
