im contemplating a move from danville, va to either knoxville, tn or frederick, md. both pretty different form each other. HELP. what are good areas to look at and average rental prices?

I've lived in both Tennessee and Maryland! I lived in D.C. for a year and have lived (and currently still live) in knoxville. I don't know about Danville or Frederick, but I love knoxville! If you want more info, you are welcome to pm me.

I live in a little town right outside of Knoxville called Maryville. Average rent around here is 600-1200 dollars for a house. You can rent apartments for 300ish a month.

Umm I am horrible with direction but Maryville/Blount County is about 20 minutes out of knoxville. It's small compared to Knoxville
