Have you asked your doctor for a sleep study yet?
You might have sleep apnea. Or hormone issues. Getting checked out is the first step to getting better.
Prioritize your energy, hoard it as though it was a treasure. Ration it out if you have to, which means saying no to lower-prority activities to make sure you have enough energy to complete the more important ones.

I would not be drinking energy drinks. Those things are so unhealthy for you. And you dont want to get to the point where if you dont drink them you can't function. There are supplements you can take that should help with this issue. Talk to your Dr or someone who works in a place like GNC...they can tell you what to take.
