dh started college on 4/1. He just got our of the military and this is his frist time in a classroom in just about 7 years. His knowledge is full of cobwebs to say the least.
his english 101 professor (for those of you who dont know eng 101 is the most basic english class you take at college level. and it is designed to get students up to college level) gave them a 6 page paper to write in 24 hours. yea. so he got it done and I'll be the first person to say that it was a really shitty paper...
but I'm here to coplain about her "constructive criticism/feedback"
Just read this shit and tell me your jaw didn't drop.
she is mocking him in this one. straight up, high school style, mocking him.
and this was what she finished his paper with.
edit. I'm not defending his paper. im not defending his skills. him and i discussed his need to find a lower english class. i know his writing sucks ass.
however, instead of being a cunt, the teacher should have practiced some prefessionalism, and recommended he find a lower class. not tell him to drop out. that is my problem with her.
and also, ladies, my husband will be in a wheelchair by 35. thats 10 years from now. and it'll be probably be sooner with the way his injuries are progessing and not improving. he is now, and will continue to be in pain every day for the rest of his life. his entire spine is fucked up beyond repair and has nerve damage. he is on pain killers. a hefty regiment. if he skips it, or doesn't take it, he also can't move. before he was on a regiment, he actually contemplated suicide because it hurt so badly.
so judge and be snarky, its fine. i'd probably do the same.
but i also wouldn't miss the point.....
I ask not for a lighter burden, but for broader shoulders.
