Rash pics *scarlet fever*

It's a little hard to see because the dots are so small. Bu he has red bumps all over his entire body. He gets these every time he spikes a random high fever. It's never been this bad though, it's usually on his arms and chest but now it's on his legs. I'll post his face in the comments.
Btw- he has an appointment at 11.

Edit-- he has strep and the rash is scarlet fever. My mom and his other grandma are freaking out lol. He isn't even acting sick.

Yes the drs say its just a viral rash and will go away in its own.

Its just a fever rash, it happens to my ds all the time. its just a way his body reacts to the fever

My son used to get majorly bad heat rashes that were little tiny bumps and redness all over. It sucked majorly but nothing we could do but to keep him cool. Living in se tx suuuuuucked.
So it could just be heat rash.

 It's called KP and all of my kids had it until I changed our diet.

He gets a heat rash too in the summer, but this one is a little different. It's spread out more and he only gets it with a fever.
