for money for gas so i can get my son to a specialist appointment? he has not payed support in 9 months and had not done anything for ds. without his helping i will have to ask my mom and I really don't want to do that.

his reply was he will let me know. 


Update

i clled him today and he told me to ask my mom! he said he gets payed the 10th (ds's appointment is the 7th).

I really cant waiit till we go to court on the 20th! 

this whole thing makes me sick.

No its his child right? He should at least give you money for gas to get his child to a drs appointment

No, if you need something to take care of your son....he should help you in any way that he can.

he acted like an ass when i asked him. he said he gets his first pay check on the 10th so i should have scheduled his appointment after that. like i knew that!

No, where you are wrong is in not forcing your ex to pay for his child.

He'll think about it?  Give  me his number.  Apparently his mother has done a horrible job raising him and he needs a good talking to.  Asshole.

I don't see anything wrong with asking the child's father for gas money to take him to a doctor's appt. He shouldn't have a problem with it and if he does then he should come and get you guys and take you to his appt.

I filed in court 3 months ago. they gave him 2 months then he got an extra month added to it. he mom is a big part of his problem.
