Still Check On Him At Night

My DS is now 3yrs. & 2mths old. Every night right before I go to bed, I still go into his room and check to make sure he is breathing before I can go to bed.

Do you still do this? If not, how old was your child when you stopped?

I don't rememeber ever really doing this. When they were sick I would to make sure they were comfortable...but I was never afraid they would stop breathing.

cant say I check specifically to make sure they are breathing but my kids are 11, 9 and 6 and I still check on them before going to bed...make sure they are covered, books put away, lights off if they were reading etc.

DD is also 3 years 2 months. I check on her every night before bed. Cover her up and give her a kiss. I don't think I'll ever stop. Lol.
