I have the same problem. It hurts so bad. I've tried it all and coal tar shampoo seems to help. It doesn't smell great but it works.

My dad has that problem. He went to his doctor and they proscribed him shampoo. Apparently some people just have really bad dandruff. My dads is fine as long as he's using his shampoo but if he stops for a couple days it comes back. Maybe go see your doctor?

Have you tried T gel shampoo? Has a doctor seen it? It could be psoriasis.
