Sooooo going to regret this but I've had zero fun foods and have stuck to the same boring shit, etc....for 2 months. I'm having a sad day and since my weight went up, I said FUCK IT I WANT ICE CREAM!!!
Tomorrow I'll be mad for the extra 5lbs but I've earned it! Bye-bye ketosis and hello carb overload!
I'm going to watch a movie in bed and enjoy gaining this weight instead of it magically appearing.
