What's for dinner?

I'm trying a new crock pot recipe.

2 chicken breast, then sprinkle a 1/2 packet of zesty italian dressing mix on top. Take half a block of softened cream cheese and a can of cream of mushroom soup in a small pot on the stove on low heat, then when it's all mixed together pour it on the chicken. Cook for 4 hours on high, 8 on low.

I am going crazy, this smells sooo good.

What're you guys having?

BBQ chicken thighs, fried squash (going to attempt to fry sliced pickles), fresh green beans, and cheese broccoli. Baked low sugar/oatmeal stuffed apples off our tree for something sweet.

It's my birthday so DH is grilling shrimp and veggies and making rice and a salad. He's also baking me chocolate chip cookies.

Probably a crustless quiche, roasted cauliflower and sunchokes (also called Jerusalem artichokes) and homemade, from scratch ice cream for dessert.

I have no clue. I'm getting my kids from their dads. It's an hr and a half away. So will most likely pick something up.

Either chicken and rice with sweet peas, or baked bean casserole.

I made the best chili. I used venison (that my brother shot- had it in the freezer all winter) tomatoes that my daughter grew and canned, parsnips, red carrots, black beans, celery, seasoning (hot) and I left it in the crockpot all day while I was at work. It's so good. I'll have more of it tonight.
