So I want to take the leap and try eating 6 meals a day. BUT I'm lost on what those meals should consist of! I've googled and everything I found is nuts, fish, seafood. I can't eat nuts or seafood! So what's a girl to do? Lol anyone doing this? What do your meals look like?

When i switched to six meals a day I didnt change anything really. Just portion size. I ate half of what I would eat at one meal. Waited two hours ish and had the other half or another half portion.
Example: at 7 am. I would have half a bagel with whatever I wanted on it. At 10am I could have the other half of the bagel with whatever on it, or a fruit salad. Basically just took the big meals and spread them out.

You can do fruit, veggies, yogurt, cottage cheese.  Just look at the food pyramid and make your small meals consist of those things.  Most of them should be fruits/vegetables.
