What does it feel like to be FAT? EDIT

I see people that are obese and wonder how horrible it must feel. I've never been more than 20 pounds over weight, and I felt AWFUL.

There are a lot of very obese people at my work place and I they seem so "uncomfortable." I've worked at the same place for over 7 years and most of them have not even tried to lose weight, it seems. I see them in the deli buying large quantities of food and junk. It's so gross!

I could not imagine spending my life that way.

*** I keep seeing I get called a stuck up bitch. How am I being a bitch? Yes, the title was to catch your attention but I have not been bitchy. I am very respectful and considerate of people of all shapes and colors. Yes, I will admit that it is judgemental but I honeslty feel bad for very obese people.

Same as it does to be thin. I have been both fat and thin and it really isn't that different.

Really?

With even 20 pounds gone, I feel MUCH different.

Maybe that is from working out though?

I can't speak for all fat people but I feel terrible. I don't breathe as easily, I get winded going up my stairs, I'm embarrassed to leave my house, and I HATE clothes shopping.
