We are having roasted chicken seasoned with mrs dash herb and garlic, spicy oregano and a little rosemary. The drippings will be made into gravy for our sour cream mashed potatoes. Veggie will be a spinach salad with assorted peppers, carrots, cauliflower, onion and mushroom.
I am low carb so I'm not having the mash. I am having zucchini fritters and we are all having carb free cloud bread. It's not really bread, more like a cheese meringue.
