My therapist is wanting me off caffeine. Any tips on how to wean off of it. I have tried in the past and failed.

I just quit drinking pop so much. I did start drinking sweet tea a lot more. But it has cut a lot of sugar from my diet and salt. I make my own sweet tea and it's not as sweet as some.
Honestly if you're addicted to it the best approach is going to be cold turkey just remember to keep plenty of ibueprofen around for the headache.

I have had to stop several times. For me, if I can get past the first 3 days, I am good. I take Excedrin Migraine during those 3 days which has a little caffiene. That way, you are kind of weaning off and keeping the headaches away.
That's a hard one for me. When I was totally off it I was so sick I couldn't walk. Never noticed the withdrawl. I don't advise it. If I go two days without coffee I am going nuts wanting it lol.
If it coffee wean yourself off slowly, drinking less cups than usual per day then eventually drinking half caf and decaf. If its soda you can try to drink less perday and try to replace them with soda water and a little flavoring, like lemons or limes.. :) Good luck!!
I went cold turkey, I don't recommend it.
