I swear to god that this is a serious question. lol


I have this problem. I work part time, mornings.Every day, I go to work and by about 930 am, I have to take a shit. Like clockwork. I try to go before I leave the house, and I can't. It's just not there. I try eating earlier in the evening the night before....and I still have to crap at the same time of day.

I REFUSE to poo at work. We have ONE bathroom for women, with ONE bathroom stall, and the majority of our staff is female. There are constantly people going in and out.

I poo at home. That's it, and that's all.

Unfortunately, this means that I'm sitting at work for at least 2 hours, with a stomach ache, feeling really uncomfortable, until I can get home to use the bathroom.


Is there ANY way to change your BM times? lol Like, can I eat or drink something, or DO something to alter it by even just a couple of hours?


This is getting to be a real problem for me.

Wake up half an hour early and go for a walk. It might get things moving.

No. I don't like the taste of coffee. I usually just drink lemon water in the morning. Sometimes tea if I'm sick...but that's about it.


Should I start? lol

Try taking a magnesium tablet (like 250mg) a little before you go to bed. I find this helps if I am constipated and things are usually right in the morning. Might help you go sooner.

I'm sorry. Besides taking a laxative at dinner time, and drinking a boat load of coffee the next morning.

Or, you could try Xylitol in your morning coffee. It's very sweet, and if I consume 3 tablespoons in my morning joe, I am pooping within 30 minutes.

Might want to try it on the weekend, until you know how it will effect you.

Wake up earlier and you should have to go earlier
