possibly infected incisions (warning pic of surgery incisions)

I had surgery to remove my gallbladder on friday. There are four incisions. These two have that weird color and redness. Do they look infected? Also is the swelling normal?

Im still in tons of pain and the pain meds dont really help. I feel like they are being ripped open every time i cough or laugh.

What do you do if they are infected. Besides go to your doctor.

This looks painful but not infected. Try holding a pillow against you when you cough. I hope you feel better real soon.

They look fine to me. Hug a pillow to your stomach if you have to cough or sneeze.
