I had them really bad after giving birth. One of the OB's in the hospital told me to use baby diaper rash cream or hydrocortisone cream besides the usual treatments (witch hazel & prep h). I kind of did a combo of all of those because they were really bad. I used to take the witch hazel pads & put them on my butt & then put on a pad & leave it like that for hours.

I have been dealing with it for years. Not much you can do unfortunately.

pure coconut oil, it soothes and helps reduce inflammation. I know from experience, btw

This will sound weird but make a small ice pack and um sit on it. it'll make them go down a bit.

My doctor gave me some cream that numbs it. It has a hint of pain reliver in it. I can't think of the name though.

Having constant pain in your butthole is seriously one of the worst things ever. I am seeing a doctor Monday about hemorrhoids and an anal fissure.

Did your doc say surgery was an option?

There is some numbing cream for them that I got from CVS.
