I take several different ones:
St. Jons Wort (3x a day)
Vitamin B, D
Beta-Caroten (i think i spelled that wrong, but it's for eyes, skin and heart health)
Evening Primrose Oil (Important Fatty Acid for women)
A Vitamin C tablet with Rosehips
Why so many you ask? I have battled depression my entire life, these various vitamins (The St. Jons Wort specifically oh, and Vitamin D) seem to help the most without clouding my head with prescription drugs.
