Yesterday I walked/jogged 2 miles then did my Jillian Michaels workout. I felt awesome! So I did it again tonight but I pushed myself harder. I had a shower and a protein shake right after my work out both nights. Well when it came to bed time which was 11 (now its 1:53) I was freezing! No matter how many blankets I had. Well I just woke up 15 minutes ago hot with a stomachache. I'm shakey, dizzy, lightheaded and feel really sick. I'm also really gassy. Did I fuck my body or did I catch something??
