Yesterday I walked/jogged 2 miles then did my Jillian Michaels workout. I felt awesome! So I did it again tonight but I pushed myself harder. I had a shower and a protein shake right after my work out both nights. Well when it came to bed time which was 11 (now its 1:53) I was freezing! No matter how many blankets I had. Well I just woke up 15 minutes ago hot with a stomachache. I'm shakey, dizzy, lightheaded and feel really sick. I'm also really gassy. Did I fuck my body or did I catch something??

Are you clammy? Sounds like low blood sugar. Eat something.

I'm kinda clammy. What would be the best thing to try and stomach?

Well if your stomach is upset you can never go wrong with soup/broth.

If you have orange juice drink that, it will bring your sugar up and its good for your immune system if you did catch something. However it could also be doms in your abdomen area (which means your workouts are working). Make sure to do a cool down after working out (yoga i found worked best).

You might be a bit dehydrated too so make sure your drinking plenty of water when working out.

I'll definitely be drinking more water then. I only drank a little bit when I went out. I took small drink right after my first mile because I dont like having a ton of water in my stomach. It makes me feel like I'm going to puke. Well I'd feel like that for a little bit than to feel THIS way.
