My daughter has this on the inside of her thighs for the last month, what is this? Eczema?

Could be eczema, try cortisone cream.

Is she wearing a lot of jeans, shorts of a rough material (jean, corduroy, or any thing like that)? Lots of skirts? Her pants is the inseam large?Her

Sort of looks like eczema. My son has it, but hard to tell.. Try an oatmeal bath for a few days and see if it improves

Yea lots of skirts and leotards, does gymnastics . It's so crazy looking, it's even behind her knees

Behind the knees would be eczea most likely. Can you find pure cotton tights and leotards? That may help. The inner thigh realy looks like chaffing ecspecialy where it liiks like it may be the upper part of the thigh. Try chaffing powder. See if that helfs. ChAffing will happen if she sweats a lot. She may have eczema wich will make chaffing happen easier because her skin is sensitive.

Dh chaffs all the time. He gets bad eczema.

Hydrcordozone at night and in the am. Both behind knees and on thighs. Before lots of walking, playing or gymnastics put this on her inner thighs. http://www.colonialmedical.com/anti-monkey-butt-powder-P-3570.html&ref=shopping.google.com
