Nope.

My friend's 3yo was pretend breastfeeding her doll the other day.

Why is it okay for them to pretend bottlefeed (breastfeeding is more natural and we all know it)? Why is it okay for them to pretend diaper change? They're indicating an understanding of how to care for an infant. I'd be proud of my kiddo.

NO.  Why is that even a question? It's the natural way to feed a baby.  It's great that a child is imitating it.

No. My daughter used to breastfeed. Now she tells me she pumps because she has to work and stuff! lol
