I like to eat something, and feel semi-full right before I can knock out. Soda, grilled cheese, cheesecake, rice with chicken , beef patty, pizza, chocolate , it doesn't matter. I ration and watch what I eat throughout the day, but cheat at night.
i don't like zzzquil, I don't want to get hooked on any type of sleeping aids except my food.
and I weigh 124, I'm 5'4. Doesn't mean I'm healthy but I know many of you will ask.
