That's how I feel this morning. I am slowly but surely slipping into my "I loathe my body" crap. I dont want to feel this way! I really tried to work out but I feel so heavy and gross. I usually do exercise but I need some spark that I'm missing this morning : ( got any workout motivation? Pics? Anything?

Take it slow.  Do small burst of exercise or walking.  They add up.  It is very hard to be motivated on a Monday morning.
