My son's bd has visitation today. He let him skip school and they are on a plane RIGHT now going to Orlando. He is 6 btw. Our custody is joint legal, but I am the custodial parent and have primary custody. Our papers state he can take him on vacations with my consent during the summer. Also he sent me a photo of my child on the jet while there is beer in the back ground!!

Edit: in forgot to add i have called the police and they told me they couldn't do anything unless a judge ordered it. I. Talked to a lawyer this morning and he told me he couldn't take it because of "conflict of interest " but I doubt that, it's because ex. Has money and is famous, well kind of

Edit:2 i just asked a simple question about this and u crazy heifers took it to a whole new level. Yes the band he is in was mentioned but no i won't say any names.

Yes if it is court ordered ,I would call the cops .If you did not allow him to take your son out of state I would call the cops .

He's in contempt if he's not allowed out of state or without your consent.

call the courts and ask, but as long as you have joint legal I don't *think* so

Depends on your order and state really. Generally I'd say yes if the child was supposed to be returned or you had no prior knowledge and unaware of his return plans.

I never got that courtesy.

I found out my daughter went to another county via kidnapping from my daughter. :/
