you know someone wants nothing to do with you. the person has went as far as a restraining order. that has expired a few months ago..

anyway is it harassment to follow them for 15 minutes they keep making turns so they know you are following them!! harassment or not... ill add story after some replies.

I was going to the gym to swim.. Wehave nothing to do with mil. anyway there she was. she turned on a red light to follow me. I went all over the place just to make sure she was following me. I drove for about 15 minuets then called the cops. they told me to drive to the police station and if she followed me they would get her.. I got about1 block from the police and she turned around...

when I got home I told my dh.. he called his mom. and said wtf?? well she said she did nothing wrong and was not harassing me... ill link another post with why shes not allowed around.

Came in my home when my son was still in nicu fighting for his life. He was 2 months early.. telling me to get out and get a job!!
She says my son is not my dhs.
Says she's going to call cps on me. For a dirty microwave.
Left pills in the toy box at her house no child proof lid even. My son was 2.
Said I was fucking my fil.
Told my 4 yr old I'm brainwashing him.
There's more but that's enough for now.
kissed my kid on the lips.
jerked my kids arm when he was running. so she could get his pic
jerked my kids arm again after being told no more.
came into my home and would not leave. took the police 15 minuts to get her out of my home.
She has been fired from every job she's ever had!! She's been fired 3 times in the last year.

Considering the background, yes, it is harrassment and could possibly be dangerous.  I would look into filing another restraining order.

Yes. Drive to the police station and tell them you are being followed. Get the plate # too.

Not unless they did it more than once, and they were threatening you. Honestly, in court it's hard to prove that someone just happened to be going the same way vs they were outright following you. If you're that worried, you shouldn't have let the restraining order expire.

I cant tell if YOU want to be following him, or if he is following you.

But either way, yes, immature, childish, harrassment, and stupid.

Yes! Call police and drive to a big name gas station. They have cameras that can be used for evidence. Had to do that when I was prego 5 years ago and a guy went all road rage on us threatening to beat the shit out of us...

It sure sounds like harassment.
