My children breastfed, I never gave them cows milk post breastfeeding (they stopped at 3 years) I gave them water and lots of juiced fruits in the juicer. Rice or coconut milk for their cereal or whenever they wanted milk. They do not like cows milk and all they know is rice or coconut. They never had weight problems even though they were rather chubby until at least 6 then became more slender. They never had anemia (caused by too much cow's milk intake) or hardly ever get sick. Their blood work always comes back Great! Their complexion is amazing, they are from mixed race but even my teen has the most flawless clear complexion still. The doctors would throw a shit fit if they found out but they have no clue and tell me they are extremely healthy.
