This is someone cutting a picture into their skin so it leaves a scar. My husband found ths the other night and thought it was "cool". It really freaks me out I told him I'd get a divorce if he ever did something like this. I couldn't imagine my chid doing it. I love tattoos and think they are great I have oe and plan to get more but this is just disturbing. If you want more graphic pics look up scarification but be warned it is very disturbing

It actually looks really neat but I wouldn't want it on my family member.

This is a tame one compared to others where they cut off big chunks of skin

puke and die.   just kidding.  but i would have the same reaction to a tat.   i dont see how its different.  its permanent,   its distasteful,   and it limits your potential. (if you cant hide it in job interviews anyways)   i see how kids could do it at home more easily and its pretty common in the inner city with teens (because its just too easy to scratch that boys name into your leg.)      i would be terribly sad if my son did that.   i am sure he will get a tat someday.    with this method - at least there isnt the dye involved.     i dont see the methods as all that different,   same with branding.   its all bad stuff.    imo of course.

It looks unbelievably painful. Honestly, I don't think its that much different than getting a tattoo. Are there people who can do this for you? Or do people do it to themselves. My kids aren't artistic enough to do this without it looking like a big, gnarly scar.
