Bring my 5yo with me to an ultrasound appt?

I have an ovarian cyst and need to get the ultrasound tomorrow, transvaginal, and I have noone to watch my son. Idk what to do.....

I took my 3 y/o who was 2 at the time to all of my u/s appointments when I was pregnant. Its fine.

Some places won't let kids in the US rooms, but if they allow kids, then it's fine.

If your office doesn't have a policy against it, I think it's fine. Do they have a video game or something for distraction? That might be a good idea.

Call the clinic and ask. Some have toys to keep kids distracted

They wouldn't let my kids in the room and there was no way I would leave them in the waiting room

Turn around and make shapses out of the pattern on the wall thats what I will tell my 6 year old who never leaves my side

I will call in the morning to see. And if so I'll bring the iPad and he will be totally distracted. Just feels weird but i have to do what I have to do.
