My bigest issue is when people ask stupid questions that really just reguire them to SPEAK up and let their feeling be heard. WHY are some people so afraid to say how they feel or what they really want?

My dad's favorite saying "closed mouths don't get fed"...fits well with this.

How do they expect to fix the problem if the other person doesn't even know there is a problem?
