This lady just sued her kids daycare for $140...

I didn't even know you could take a $140 case to court....

One of her kids was kicked out for bullying, so she wanted her money back for the week she prepaid for, even though her second son was still enrolled.

I get that but in my area it has to be at least $500 to go to court. I guess they take any case for TV.

Wow, I wouldn't even think $140 would be worth the hassle. In my area, it has to be over $300 to take to small claims court.

Did she get her money back?

She got half ($70) because her other son was still allowed in the program, but she pulled him out so her kids could be in one school together. Made no damn sense to me. Also the director couldn't prove the kid bullied anyone, she simply said he called another kid fat, and took anothers toy away. This was a pointless case IMO.
