But I am not fashion knowledgeable, never have been. I normally let her choose her own outfits. Should I have made her change?

If you let her choose it then no. I love the blazer but would have paired it with black slacks or leggings

My dd loves the independence.to express herself. She is 6. All I normally do is make sure its appropriate like no shorts in winter and stuff like that.

She's covered up in all the appropriate areas and if this is what she wants, let her have it.

Plus, how can you possibly say no to that cute face? :)

We bought is as an outfit with a pair of black "skinny" jeans and a white shirt. But she loves it and tries to wear it with everything. I think she would wear it everyday if I would let her lol

My daughter would never allow me to choose her clothes for her... She's 5. She would have a fit.
