For some reason, this is my pet peeve. 

It is an ethnicity, it's not a race!

A person can be any race and be Hispanic.

Where does it do that? The US Census asks about it as an ethnicity.

Ethnicity is learned, race is inherited.

I know that, but that is because I am a Hispanic. All government forms here in the NY and NJ area ask : what is your race? White, Black, Asian, samoan, Inuit, native American. Then they ask are your Hispanic or Latino? Lol I am "white" and then Hispanic.
