Would you hire an event coordinator/planner for events? Including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, bachelor parties, baby showers, fashion shows, etc.

Most events run from $200- $3000 depending..

Would you hire someone?

Yes. I am not very good at planning all the details. However, I am also cheap.

I wouldn't but only because I'm good at stuff like that.  I have planned and run events for 200+ people - just takes some organization.

BUT - if I didn't have the time, you bet I would.

My sister has her own business doing that so I'd hire her.

No. I am quite capable of planning my own events.

No, I  actually enjoy planning my own events. Plus, I like to be in control so it's just best that I do it myself.

How is it going for her? I'm looking to get into that sort of thing and I'm kind of on the fence :P

No. I mean I guess maybe for a corporate event, assuming the company would be covering the cost. But out of my own pocket, no. I can plan my own events.
