Peanut butter is pretty high cal, white bread has a lot of carbs, and while bananas are good for you, calories wise they are one of the higher of the fruits, so not really.

In the morning you NEED calories and protein. Especially if you are trying to lose weight.

I used to do the low cal bread for years but I was hungry like an hour later and it tasted like cardboard :-(
