My son got in trouble at school and I'm not mad.

Last week was senior week at my son's school. It was a week of fun activities to say bye to the seniors and to relieve some stress since finals are this week for them.

Friday was the senior picnic and my son caused a bit of ruckus...of course, my son would be the one and only lol

He filled up a large cooler with water balloons and started a water balloon fight during the picnic.

He said it was a lot of fun and no one got hurt. But according to the administrators, he caused a big problem so he's being restricted from going to kings domninion(amusement park) with them tomorrow.

In all honesty, I'm not mad at him one bit. He made a boring pinic more fun. No harm in that!

Would you be mad at your kid for doing this?

No I wouldn't be mad at all. Sounds like harmless high school fun, you're only young once lol. To bad he can't go though, that sucks.

I don't think I would be mad at him. Seniors do stupid things like this at the end of the year. As long as no one gets hurt and does not destroy anything. He won't be able to go to the amusement park so that should be enough consequences.

Just go drop him off at the park tomorrow. They can't ban him from the park.

I wouldn't be mad at him but I wouldn't be mad at the school about the punishment either.

We live really close by it so its not like a once in life time thing. He could probably drive there himself if he really wanted to but I don't think he cares all that much lol
