We had to have his old vax records sent to them. They were supposed to call when they got it in so we could set up an appointment. Well, weeks went by, they didn't call, and finally, I called. Oh yeah! We have it! Great. So when I tried to set up an appointment they were like "You need a new card with a pediatrician from OUR practice."
Okay. Fine. I'll get that done. But WHY didn't they tell me that when they sent me the vax record release? I could already have that new card and be good to go?
