When it's effecting your quality of life and you feel it pulling you under or when it gets really bad, what gets you out of it?

Sleeping usually. Sometimes I'll zone out on the internet awhile or read; it turns out to be a shitty night, but at least I get past it.

a combination of caffeine (energy), St Johns Wort (mild depression and anxiety) and relora (blocks the stress hormone cortisol) and also some vitamins help such as B12 (energy), Omega 3 (mild depression) and Vitamin D (mild depression).
