Have a problem if your children date someone (or marry) someone of another race/ethincity?

My DF were talking about this and we both had different views.
What's yours?

*edit* I must add, I'm Trinidadian & Japanese. My df is mixed race as well (West Indies and something) and my son is just... well we don't know exactly what to call him. Lol

I might think it was a little strange...all my kids are human, so a Martian daughter in law might have trouble fitting in.

I wouldn't care at all. What matters is that they are a good person and treat my child well.

If they adore my DD and support her and treat her with love and respect, then they can be green for all I care

I would not have a problem, but I could see DH maybe not liking it.

No. My children are gonna be mixed theirselves lol. Im hispanic & dh is black.

Also. I wouldnt try to stop them. My dad was a HUGE racist. He didnt even want us to get with Mexicans that are from Mexico lol. Now me & 2 of my sisters are married to black men, my younger brother is married to a white woman, my older brother has been married to a white woman (they have 3 kids together), hes also been married to a black woman and he is now married to a half white half korean woman. Lol. And my other brother is with a half white half hispanic girl.
