How would you feel if a stranger watched your children instead of the intended sitter?

My neighbor shared with me yesterday that she would watch the children at a friends in home day care while she ran a few errands every Friday. I wanted to get some of your opinions on this. If I'm paying my sitter to watch my children than she should be the one doing it not a complete stranger I've never met.
How would you feel if you picked your child up from Day Care and a complete stranger was there and the intended sitter wasn't ?

Exactly she's still being paid when sometimes she's not there

I would be upset.

The home daycare provider should be running her errands when her job is OVER...just like any other working person.

Yep! She's really sweet but it doesn't matter those parents don't know her.
