My daughter is very small for her age and I have been told to feed her more. However, she eats constantly. Here is a typical day

Breakfast -0600- peanut butter toast or oatmeal, banana or some other fruit, and possibly some sort of bacon or sausage.

Snack- 0900- granola bar, piece of fruit, and maybe some crackers

Lunch - 1200- sandwich, fruit, wheat cracked, yogurt, and some cookies.

Snack- 1500 - granola, peanut butter sandwich, crackers, nuts, or something like that

Dinner - 1800- chicken or fish, 2-3 veggies, roll, fruit, rice or potato

Snack -2030 - fruit or raw veggies.

Once a week we eat pizza or chick fil a for dinner.
She gets cookies and other stuff sometimes

She dances 7 hours a week and swims or rides her bike all the time.
