I think my 17 yr old is smoking weed

Last week was her last week of school and she's been hanging out with friends every day this week or going to work.

Whenever she comes home from being with friends she acts funny. She's usually in a chipper mood but she will act very tired and its obvious she is trying to avoid eye contact and conversation.

Today when I was in her car it smelled like heavy perfume and air freshener. Her car never smelled like this before. I feel like its to cover up a smell.

What should I do?

Weed should be the least of your worries when raising a teenager. Ask her to share.

If the worst you have to worry about is a little ganja... You should thank your lucky stars.

No thanks.

It is illegal to smoke weed in our state. I don't think breaking the law is something i shouldn't worry about.

Yep. You need her to share, you sound too uptight.

I sound uptight? Really?

I don't care if you support weed or any of that. I don't care if you do it or any other adult does but you are crazy if you think I should not care about my teenager smoking an illegal drug.

Tell her she is an adult in the eyes of the law so if she gets caught you will not bail her out. Dont smoke in the car or at the house.
Shes gonna do it. Set rules.
My dd said it wasnt fun anymore once I knew aboit it
