Would you have been offended?

I was watching a show on Food network, Mystery Diners or something like that. Anyways, there was a woman eating in a restaurant and she had a complaint. She got the managers attention as he was walking by and says "My soda is flat" and the manager responds "Well, I can't say the same about your chest"

would you have been offended, flattered, or laughed?  I would've pretended to be offended since he gave them their lobster dinner for free lol, but I would've also been holding back a little giggle.

Offended or not, that's highly inappropriate and I wouldn't be eating there again nor recommending that place to anyone.

I agree it was unprofessional, especially since it was an expensive restaurant.

That's so inappropriate for someone in that position to say. A little funny. But not ok.

I would have been pissed.  And would have made that very clear.  I also would have insisted on contact info for the owner, if a private restaurant.....if in a chain, I would have called corporate (and let the manager know I would be calling).
