People that I know and a stranger have asked if my son is my husbands...
He has more of my features and is lighter than DD and DH.
They are white and middle eastern

1 mom liked this

One of my kids is too "American" looking and not "Arab" enough.  The other is the favorite of my ex-inlaws because he has more Arab features.

I AA and have been told my daughters don't look AA enough... I just laugh; b/c my daughters aren't AA they are hispanic. But my sister is full AA but looks biracial; so people would always argue with her that she must be biracial

I was told DD was lucky, she is light enough to pass for a "normal" person, like an Italian by a customer before. Lol.

My husband has been told that before as a teen.

My child is not biracial but my friend is mexican and her husband is black and people tell her a lot that their son doesn't look black enough to have a black dad, and she is always like well I didn't realize he made our baby alone.
